Work With Me

Meet Laura Sherrill..

Laura Sherrill is a graduate of the Institute of Healing Arts (Tempe Arizona) and a Certified Life Coach, Holistic Nutrition Specialist, and a Clinical Hypnotherapist.

She holds a degree in Occupational Studies (Holistic Healthcare) with a concentration in Transformational Psychology.

I have always been told I am very warm, welcoming, and sweet but I was never perceived as being weak. Valour is my journey. Heartbreak, trauma, healing, motherhood, trust, and finding my inner fight and willpower and strength to stay connected to yourself, your body, and continue on with the journey no matter how hard that might be. Within that process finding the transformation, the trust, the qualities of valor in you that allow you to transform everything the world throws at you.

The journey of going within yourself, the deepest, darkest, un-seen depths of creation inside of you to re-create yourself.

"Food is energy, so if we are craving something, it should be our body telling us what we are needing nutrition-wise."

Unfortunately, with so many options and processed foods in today's times, these wires can get easily crossed. A lot of times we crave food, it’s linked to our emotions and not the food our body actually needs. When you reach a healthy state with your body and subconscious mind, you'll find that you will start craving what your body intuitively needs at the time.

"Almost all women had or have a fraught personal relationship with food. "

From a young age, we are surrounded by opposing narratives of reward VS punishment, nourishment VS spoiling, and the power of denying our natural hunger patterns.

When it comes to food, our past holds many subconscious triggers which are then carried over into your adult life. Mostly commonly, this takes form in seeking food as a reward or pleasure system. Our society drives this behavior by marketing high-calorie, high-sugar items to stressed women, mothers, business women or heartbroken women.

I am so excited to share my work and passion with you, Welcome to the Journey of Valour,

Laura Sherril
